We were extremely impressed by the staff and service right throughout our move. From Shreeya sorting out costing and arranging the survey by Simon at short notice, right through to the removal team led by Steve with their speed and efficiency along with their pleasant attitude and care for our possessions.

Basically, we could not have done our last minute move without them all. We were in the situation of starting to pack up the house on Wednesday without having exchanged till later that day for completion on the same Friday.

Very competitive on price, this was our first experience of having our goods packed and it was worth every penny. I would have no hesitation in recommending Eagle to anyone including my Sister in law who is hopefully moving to Norfolk next year.

It has been a pleasure dealing with a professional and efficient company.

They messed up the insurance and we ended up with just the insurance of the things in one room… then they packed a fragile table they knew was valued at £10,000 because I told them . They packed it the wrong way up ie on its legs not on its top. They then piled other things on top of it. In addition the crate was not packed tight. The damage was due to their packing failure and their failure to insure. They offered a small amount of compensation. But not the full price of repair. Frankly I will not use them again.

I moved from the UK to Canada just over a year ago. My move day was a Fri. The container was closed prematurely (and couldn't be unlocked due to not having a back up lock present) and not all of my items were put in the container.
I cannot stress enough how devastating it is to be told near the end of your move to another country that not all of your things can be packed. And then to take load after load of items to charity right before moving countries (I would have preferred to spend time with friends ..) because the house has to be left empty and clean.
My move manager was out of office so I was referred to someone in management who assured me that they would sort something out and I was not to worry. I was not called back. I called back right before the office closed and was told the same line. The office closed for the weekend. No one got back to me. The movers left. I had to give all of the remaining items to charity as I had no where to store them as I had to move out of the house. After a year of copious calls and emails to Eagle Relocations (I was continually told they were sorry and would sort things out) I was told a year later they would pay just under £100 for a chair and spear that were broken in the move (due to the items not being secured in the container properly as it was closed early). I am still pursuing getting compensation. The movers on the Canadian side were surprised / horrified by my story when my goods arrived. I paid for the move myself. They said if I had been a diplomat then I would have been treated completely differently and the company would have made an effort to get the rest of my items moved instead of ignoring me.
Once I realized that Eagle's claims that they would help me with the matter were not going to materialize, I contacted the Consumer Ombudsman, but Eagle is not registered with them. I then contacted the BARR association that Eagle is registered with. I told the BARR what had happened. I told them I was exhausted by dealing with the matter and had little time (I have three small children) to continue to deal with the matter. They said they would follow up on my behalf. I didn't hear back from the BARR for months until I contacted them again. They told me they thought it had been dealt with.
I am still on my own pursuing this matter. I feel it is now fair to bring my experience to the public as I have given the company ample time to take responsibility for my incomplete move.

Our move was a 'Pack and Move' service. Three men worked non stop (excepting usual comfort breaks) but what was lovely about them was that they were extremely kind and courteous to my elderly parent(s), Even though they were asked constantly questions that appeared inane, nothing was too much trouble for them. They arrived early the first (packing) day and even earlier the next (moving) day. We have been astounded by how carefully fragile items were packed as we are gradually unpacking boxes.
We found out the 2nd day that one of the men had a toothache on both days but still he remained kind, respectful and most of all cheerful towards my Mother. As did all three men. Equally our office based liaison Florjan was always professional, helpful and contactable which took the stress out of our move. Very pleased which is why we chose Eagle to move us a second time. Highly recommend.

My experience was very positive and I would recommend Eagle.  I found everyone I dealt with to be competent, professional and trustworthy. 
Eagle's focus on customer satisfaction is evident and has successfully permeated every facet of the business that I observed.
Probably the moving crew are the most important part of the process and the four guys who did my move were excellent.  I don't have a single complaint or suggestion how they could improve. They exceeded my expectations at literally every stage, from taking inventory of my belongings, the quotation, through to the actual move. I didn't have to deal with any surprises at any point. I couldn't believe the whole thing could be done without any complication but it was.

Nothing but praise for Eagle Relocations. Our move from St Albans, Hertfordshire to Beverley, East Yorkshire turned out to be unexpectedly complex: our completion was delayed by 3 days causing confusion over the move date, the specialist piano remover fell ill and had to be replaced at the last moment. Eagle took all this is in their stride and calmly sorted everything out. The crews handling the move worked incredibly hard and with unfailing good humour. And all for a very competitive charge. Brilliant and highly recommended.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. After moving 5 times around the globe in the last 14 years, finally I have found the company that meets the standards I require for a stress free move ( and I'm not the easiest woman to be pleased :) Recently used Eagle for my house move and they were just fantastic! They just take all the stress out of moving and turn it into a great experience.Excellent service from the move coordinator but the efficiency and the skills of the packers was the most impressive step of the move. They arrived always on time during the 3 days of packing, were very friendly and helpful and so surprisingly efficient. Not a single scratch on my family belongings ( over 300 items in a shipping container) ! Never again will I be stressed about moving ! I can't thank them enough! This is how a 5 star moving company should be! Thank you very much!

These guys are amazing! From the sales quote to the move manager to the team on the day- everyone was excellent.
Simon who came to quote me twice and Rachel from sales were personable and really listened to my concerns.
Emma who managed the move coordinated the who process seamlessly.
On the day- John, Chris and James (JNJ) and Gavin (day 2) were so brilliant. I honestly couldn't believe how quickly they packed the house up on day one- a 4 bed 3 reception room house with a garage and loft done in one day! And packed so well- everything with care and attention. Day 2 offloading the van-
They didn't stop until it was all done- was amazing.

I am so pleased with Eagle. I looked at about 10 other companies and definitely made the right decision.

I would recommend to everyone- small or large moves- they are great.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
Wish I'd read the reviews beforehand.. Trashed my stuff (all the 'fragile' items and boxes were packed at the bottom with the heavy items loaded on top by their ''expert packers''!!) Items arrived 3 months late.. Ignored my emails.. A stressful experience! Pay more to get a better service elsewhere.
*Country destination my items were shipped to option is not included in dropdown menu here for some reason so had to pick a 'random' country instead.

The worst moving experience ever. Please avoid them at all cost. I moved with them from London to New York, after waiting for 2.5 months my stuffs are still not here. The majority of delay I found out wAs because they did not pay their US partner for weeks.

Please don’t get stressed as I am..and use any other moving company and pay extra. They are nice to you on the phone but does not get things done. After 2.5 months I have no idea where my luggage is even. They keep saying they cannot find the driver.

I cannot believe how stressful this move has been all because I made a mistake of choosing this company. Please don’t be a victim like me.

I used Eagle Relocations for my recent move to Germany.

When I was looking for quotes the sales person at Eagle was the most proactive and followed up on everything. Other movers did not even bother to come back to me even after having visited my flat for a survey.

The quote was competitive, not the cheapest but fair for the level of service and quality of packaging materials provided.

Boxes were delivered on time in advance. The crew on both days was very professional, they communicated well and worked fast. Crates were made to order.

Delivery was done by one of their subcontractors but here as well the crew was very good, fast and professional.

I have now unpacked everything and had no damaged items. I would definitely use Eagle again.

Eagle Relocations are the most professional company, I have ever had to deal with. From their sales team, to the guys who packed and moved our items, everyone was a total gem. I would recommend everyone to use their services, as they know exactly what they are doing. Nobody else could have done a better job, even if they tried! Keep up all the good work. On the ball since day one. Thorough and detailed. Rebecca was my rep from the start and was always helpful and informative along the way. Excellent job in helping to make sure I had all related and necessary documentation completed and/or available when needed to be. When it came time to delivery of my goods, Graham Baker, Kyle Bowman and Michael Wright all did a great and efficient job in offloading my motorcycle safely and getting boxes and other items in their designated locations throughout the house and garage. Really appreciate the whole team for assisting in a pretty smooth move and transition from one country to another. Thank you all once again.

We were very impressed with the service the guys from Eagles provided - the move was completed efficiently and smoothly. They were helpful with advice and did whatever they could to make the process as simple and as stress free as possible. They were all really friendly and Dean in particular had some really useful advice on the area we have moved to (being a resident himself). All in all, we were extremely satisfied. We will be moving again in the next 6 months and so based on this experience will be definitely be in touch.

I can not recommend Eagle Relocations highly enough.  We used their services for a domestic house move.  They were fantastic from the first quote to the final box being delivered.  They were highly professional and explained every part of the removal process in detail and kept in touch in the lead-up to the removals.  The crew on the packing day and removals day were exceptional.  They were friendly, professional and highly competent and they made the stressful process of moving house so much easier.

My house buy and sale was very complicated and stressful because of a difficult buyer and poor conveyancing.
The actual move was the easiest bit thanks to these people. They were also cheapest for a full pack and removal. Another BAR company quoted me almost £1000 more for the move and that did not include packing!

They arrived when they said they would and gave me a call beforehand, it really was pretty much stress free!

I hired EAGLE relocation service in 2016 from Windsor(U.K) to India.The guys packed all the items in very professional way, they were so friendly,kind,fast and efficient.My 42" T.V had reached safely.
All fragile items were packed carefully.
Annette Tonner is amazing ,Genuine and honest Lady .She was very helpful during the whole process of relocation.I booked 200cu fit volume and paid for it.After reaching shippement, Annette came to know the occupied volume was little bit less than 200cu fit ,she refunded the money of left voulme immediately.
